Where We Are

Queen, you already know the vision. We have talked about Harage Group many times, where we are going, and what we are building together. Happy's Cuisine is running, people love your food, and the orders keep coming in. And I know, just like you do, that there is so much more ahead of us.

What I feel we have been missing is not heart, not skill, and certainly not faith. We have just needed a little more structure. Something that keeps us on the same page each week without requiring a long conversation every time.

So I spent some time building that for us. This is the first of many memos you will receive from me before our meetings. Think of it as a way for you to come in already knowing what I am thinking, so our time together can be focused and actually fun.

What I Built for Us
  • Our VisionA clear picture of where we are going in 1 year, 5 years, and 10 years. The $100M net worth target, what our life looks like when we get there, and the plan for each arm of Harage Group. I want you to read it and tell me if it feels right to you.
  • The 6-Month Execution PlanEvery task we need to do broken into three phases, with names attached to each one. E is me. H is you. BOTH is us together. No more wondering who is doing what.
  • The Business PlanA formal document for Harage Group covering all three arms, our financial projections, and the registration plan. This is what we will share with our Filipino associates when that conversation comes. I want you to read through it and let me know your thoughts before we do that.
  • The Sales TrackerA simple place for you to log every cooking day. Just the dish name, how many you sold, the price, and the total cost. It works out the profit automatically. I can see the numbers on my side too, so we always know where we stand.

You can save it to your home screen and it opens like an app. There are five sections inside: Vision, Plan, Tasks, Sales, and Memos. Take your time going through them before we meet on Monday.

Where We Are Focusing First

For the next 90 days, everything goes into Happy's Cuisine. Nothing new gets started until the system is working and the ads are paying for themselves.

You have the skill. The food speaks for itself. What we need now is a consistent way to get more people in front of it. Paid ads bring the traffic. WhatsApp is where they convert. Lalamove handles the delivery. Those three things, working together, is all we are building right now.

The Standard We Are Going After
We spent P400 on ads and got 22 orders. That was us not knowing what we were doing yet. Just imagine what is coming.

Harage Residences starts in October. The first Airbnb unit is planned for November. Houma planning begins at Day 150. Everything is in order. We are not rushing. We are building this properly, together.

What I Would Love From You Before Monday
  • Read the Vision tabDoes our 10-year picture feel right to you? Is there anything you want to add or adjust? This is our life we are describing, so I want it to feel like yours too.
  • Glance through the Business PlanThis is what our board will see. If anything feels off or you want to change how something is worded, just make a note and we will go through it together.
  • Look at Phase 1 in the Tasks tabThese are the things we need to do in the next 30 days. Let me know if anything is missing or unclear.
  • Try the Sales TrackerLog your next cooking day in there and let me know how it feels. If something does not make sense or you want it to work differently, tell me and I will fix it.
How Our Meetings Will Run
Every Monday. About 25 to 30 minutes. I lead, you contribute. Here is how we will flow:
5 minWINS - what worked last week, what we are grateful for
10 minNUMBERS - last week's orders, revenue, and ad spend
5 minWHAT DID NOT WORK - honest, no blame, just data
5 minTOP 3 PRIORITIES for this week - tasks, who owns them, by when
5 minGOD CHECK - are we building with Him or ahead of Him? Pray together to close.
