Memo 002 — Harage Group

Since Last Week

Queen, what a week. I do not think either of us fully understood what we were stepping into when we sat down together for that first meeting. But looking back at everything that happened in just seven days, I am honestly in awe.

We had our call with Comply.ph and came out with a clear registration plan. The attorney consultation request has been sent. The EJ and James landing page is live and ready for this afternoon. And the internal app has been updated across every page to reflect exactly where we are and where we are going.

We also have real business data in the Sales Tracker for the first time. Two cooking days logged. The numbers are real. The business is moving.

Today - Sunday, July 20

Today is a big day. We are having lunch with the Camachos and we will be sharing the vision with them for the first time in a formal way. We are not asking for an answer today. We are simply opening a door and letting God do the rest.

After lunch, we will send them the link to the landing page we put together. It covers everything clearly and warmly. Let them read it in their own time, pray about it together, and come back to us. We are believing for a yes, and we are at peace either way.

Going In With Faith

We chose them because we prayed and their names came to mind. That is enough for us to walk in with confidence and warmth today.

Priorities for This Week

Get into Facebook Ads Manager and set it up properly. Define the Happy's Cuisine offer — what we are selling, how it is packaged, what the promise is. Draft the landing page, order form, and ad copy. Have a proposed offer ready before our next meeting.

Track and log all cooking day data in the Sales Tracker this week. Support Emmanuel with the offer development — your knowledge of the food, the customers, and what they love is the foundation everything else is built on.

Follow up with Ivy on the attorney consultation if we have not heard back by midweek. Keep the Comply.ph process moving so we stay on track for our January 2027 target.

One week ago, Harage Group was still mostly an idea. Today we have a registered Comply.ph account, a clear path to incorporation, a sales tracker with real data, a letter ready for the Camachos, and a lunch booked with them. Who does that in a week?

And you. The food. The two cooking days. The fifty-one percent margin. You did that while managing everything else. I see you. I appreciate you. And I am so grateful I get to build this with you.
