Context

We have missed our executive meetings for the entire month of August. This memo covers all the major updates, decisions, and direction changes that have come out of our recent conversations and planning.

Going into September we are leaner, clearer, and more focused than we have ever been. Here is everything that changed.

Key Updates

Registration

Rx Mendinueto is our Filipino partner

We have identified Rx Mendinueto, a trusted Filipino friend, as our partner for Harage Group Inc registration. He will serve as Business Development Manager and Corporate Secretary holding 60 shares. We are presenting the formal proposal to him this week. Share structure at registration: Rx 60%, Happiness 25%, Emmanuel 15%.

Cooking Days

Happy's Cuisine moves to Wednesdays and Fridays

Starting next week Happy's Cuisine cooking days are Wednesdays and Fridays only. Tuesday is removed from the schedule. This gives more recovery time and allows us to plan our week better around executive meetings and taking the trash out.

Sales Tracker

Mothers Love Gift added as a deduction

After every cooking day we will gift P250 each to Iya Oba and Iya Aya — P500 total. This is called the Mothers Love Gift and it is now built into the sales tracker as an automatic deduction alongside tithe. It is an act of honour and generosity that is part of how we do business.

Visa Strategy

9(g) working visa through Harage Group Inc registration

Once Harage Group Inc is registered we apply for a 9(g) working visa tied to our roles as President and Vice President of a registered Philippine corporation. Happy's Cuisine is our proof of concept. This is our primary visa pathway.

Happy's Cuisine Cooking Day

Full cooking and delivery day. Happiness leads kitchen. Emmanuel leads orders and logistics.

Taking the Trash Out

Weekly marriage check-in. What we could have done differently. What we did well. Honest and kind conversation.

Friday

Happy's Cuisine Cooking Day

Full cooking and delivery day. Second cooking day of the week.

Sunday

Church and Rest

Church with our community. Rest, reflection, and family time. No business pressure on Sundays.
